VisitorBay is designed to be easy to set up and configure. Add a new office location in your dashboard and VisitorBay guides you through the setup process step by step. Most new locations can be configured in a few minutes.
VisitorBay supports iOS. Any iPad running current firmware can operate the VisitorBay sign-in app, and VisitorBay also offers recommended hardware for organizations that want a complete setup.
There are no cancellation fees on monthly plans. If an annual prepaid plan is selected, fees are non-refundable, but you can choose to auto-renew or cancel at the end of the annual term.
An office location is a physical address assigned to a VisitorBay license. Many companies use one iPad sign-in device per office, while others add devices at multiple entry points for the same workplace, requiring additional device add-on licenses.
Standard fits core visitor sign-in. Enhanced is best for offices that need QR sign-in, badge printing, agreements, SMS, and evacuation features. Enterprise is best for advanced support, package notifications, Azure AD, and Microsoft Teams notifications.
